CAPE’s EC bargaining team met with the Employer’s team for two days of bargaining, March 6 and March 7.
Your bargaining team met with the employer on February 5, 6 and 7. It is clear that the conclusion of an agreement is slow and discussions are prolonged unnecessarily.
CAPE’s EC bargaining team met with the Employer for four days of bargaining on January 15, 16, 17 and 18.
Your TR bargaining team met with the employer on December 18, 19 and 20, 2018 to begin consolidating their files to prepare for a new collective agreement. The parties also took the opportunity to file their respective salary proposals.
The EC bargaining committee surveyed CAPE’s EC membership in late June and early July in order to get direction for the coming round of bargaining.
The parties had not met formally since the exchange of proposals on September 20.
Although your current collective agreement was signed on March 21, it will expire on December 21, 2018. This means that it is already time to prepare for the next rounds of negotiations.
It's official! The LoP collective agreement was signed on March 21 and is now in effect.
