The Presidents' Council consists of the president, the two national vice-presidents, and the local presidents. This committee meets once a year to discuss matters of importance to the association. This committee also can make recommendations to the national executive council.

The meeting will be held virtually.
To ask questions verbally during the meeting: Participants who want to ask their questions verbally will be required to log on 5 minutes early and do a sound check with the technicians. Online participants who wish to speak must have a headset with a built-in mic and wired USB connection. Earbuds or wireless headsets are not approved for speaking due to the health and safety risks the sound can pose to the interpreters. CAPE, the technicians, and the interpreters reserve the right to cut off microphones or not interpret should the sound not be of adequate quality in order to protect the health and safety of interpreters.
