CAPE and Treasury Board sign new collective agreements for RCMP civilian members

Ottawa, May 09, 2025 – Members of the Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE) belonging to the SP-ESS and SP-TRL classifications, have voted in favour of ratifying the tentative agreement that was reached with the Treasury Board Secretariat in April.
