Usurpation of CAPE intellectual property
The authorized domain names for CAPE’s official website are “www.acep-cape.ca” and “www.cape-acep.ca”. CAPE is concerned that the domain name “www.cape-acep.com” is confusingly similar to its authorized domain names and may be misleading to CAPE members and members of the public, particularly since the website has also featured CAPE’s graphics and logo in the past.

It's official! The EC and TR collective agreements were signed earlier this afternoon.
What happens on May 24 after the EC and TR collective agreements are signed?
The new collective agreements take effect once they are signed by both parties. The collective agreements should be signed on May 24, 2017.
Information on retroactive pay for EC and TR retirees
The retroactive period is from the effective date of the salary revision (June 22, 2014 for ECs – April 19, 2014 for TRs) up to and including the day before the collective agreement is signed on May 24th, 2017. If you were an employee anytime during this period, you are entitled to retroactive pay.
