Take it to the Table!

The Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity for CAPE members to come together, take stock of the year behind us and help shape the year ahead.

Join your colleagues for CAPE’s 2026 Annual General Meeting, where you’ll take it to the table to discuss the issues that matter to your union, hear updates on the work, and have your say on the decisions that will guide CAPE in the year ahead.

Whether you join in person or online, you are encouraged to take part, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.

What to expect

The AGM will include:

  • President Nathan Prier’s report on CAPE’s work and achievements over the past year and what lies ahead
  • Presentation of CAPE’s audited financial statements by our auditors
  • Updates on key union priorities and ongoing work
  • Debate and discussion on resolutions presented by the Elections and Resolutions Committee (ERC) and the National Executive Committee (NEC)
  • Opportunities for members to ask questions, participate in discussions and have your voices heard

The official agenda, member resolutions, NEC resolutions and financial documents will be made available ahead of the AGM. Watch your inbox and CAPE’s official communication channels for the latest information.

To register, ask questions in advance, see more information about online participation with mandatory headsets, find out about child-minding services or accessibility requests, please head to the registration form.
