We are pleased to announce that as of November 27, 2025, the collective agreements for RCMP civilian members belonging to the SPS-ESS and SPS-TRL groups have come into effect.
The new agreements will be made available here by the Treasury Board Secretariat in the upcoming days.
This table outlines the main working conditions you will maintain along with your new working conditions.
You will be entitled to new benefits and leave, such as the one-time 37.5 paid leave and 40 hours paid leave. Make sure to use the leave that expire, such as your fifteen (15) paid hours of personal leave for 2024-2025 and fifteen (15) paid hours of personal leave for 2025-2026 before the end of the fiscal year.
Note that the current vacation carry over cap of 400 hours exists until March 31, 2027, at which time vacation leave banks will be reduced to 262.5 hours (EC/ESS) or 225 hours (TR/TRL).
