CAPE is currently getting ready for the 2026 bargaining round. MFM is an important topic, and we need to hear from you. Following the survey, we now need to know what concerns you would like to see addressed in the next round of negotiations in order to help the negotiating teams prepare their proposals.
What?
We are inviting TR/TRL and EC/ESS and LoP members to participate in a mix focus group (EC/ESS and TR\TRL and LoP members) of 8-10 members at a time to discuss issues to be taken into consideration when preparing the collective agreement language.
Is this opportunity for you?
You do not need experience with collective bargaining to participate.
Lived experience of menstruation, fertility and menopause is key to the conversation as we will discuss accommodation needs.
When?
Mid-end of October.
Duration
The focus group will last about 1h- 1½hr, likely during your lunch time or in the evening (timing will be decided based on interested members’ availability).
Focus groups can be run in French and in English. They can be totally virtual or totally in person.
