It’s been two years since the Liberal government was elected, and almost a year since the Liberals promised to fix the mess that is the Phoenix Pay System. And yet Phoenix is a problem that continues to take an economic and emotional toll on more than 75% of our members.
You have been extraordinarily patient, but the time has come to demand results!
While the federal public service unions are determined to work closely with the employer to find lasting solutions to the Phoenix fiasco, our members can help turn up the pressure by making their voices heard. It is essential that you be given an opportunity to express how fed up you are with this situation, regardless of whether you are among those affected by pay errors and delays. Together, we can push the government to take action.
