Following on CAPE’s brief submitted in response to Senate Bill S-243, An Act to establish a national framework for women’s health in Canada, CAPE has joined the Women’s Health Coalition. This coalition works to address barriers, gaps and inequities in menstrual, reproductive and sexual health for all women. The coalition will follow the progress of Bill S-243 and advocate for a comprehensive framework that removes barriers for women’s access to medical care and economic participation. By joining, CAPE commits to continuing its advocacy for reproductive health within and beyond the workplace.
