CAPE is excited to invite you to sign up for its spring 2026 executive training session in English.
The great strength of CAPE arises from its local leadership. Local leaders are highly committed, well-informed professionals who are close to the issues and the action. The newly revamped local executive training sessions will enable local leaders to expand their knowledge and skills to help ensure effective labour leadership in the workplace. At the end of this training, participants will gain a better grasp of the local’s relationship with the CAPE national office, other locals and other unions within their workplace; and understand consultation processes, and the framework that protects the local, as well as how to use it effectively. Leaders will leave with the skills to successfully navigate their relationships with employer representatives.
The sessions will be held virtually on April 29 and 30 from 9 am to 4 pm via Microsoft Teams.
This training is open to local executive members only.

Registration will be first come, first served. Once the maximum capacity of 25 members is reached for this interactive training, any additional registrants will automatically be placed on a waitlist.
