Join the next CAPE Organizing Campaign Training on December 18th at (5:30pm-8:30pm EST). The Training will be virtual and in English only. A French training will be offered December 16th at (5:30pm-8:30pm EST).
We’ll dig into how to talk to and organize coworkers around workplace issues like return-to-office (RTO), workforce adjustments (WFA), unsustainable workloads, and more. The more members you reach and organize, the more power you’ll have at the 2026 bargaining table.

Union leave: The training is 3 hours long and will be held from 5:30pm – 8:30pm EST. Union leave is available to cover the 3 hours of the training. Attendees are expected to attend the full session until 8:30pm. Instructions for union leave will be provided in the confirmation email you will receive once signed up.
