- I am a scientist and love data. I hold a Ph.D. in Demography, and my postdoc is in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Occupational Health (EBOH);
- Deputy Director, section local 520 Natural Resources Canada, with 18+ years across public, private, and public-private partnership sectors (3P), fully bilingual, federal public servant with disabilities;
- Certified Coach from the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC), basketball, National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP);
- Focused on CAPE’s core statutory responsibilities of collective bargaining, and duty of fair representation by leveraging data-driven and scientific decision-making;
- Advocating for employer accountability and compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations grounded in analytical and evidence-based approach;
