Émilie Rochon-Gruselle
TR Director
Émilie Rochon-Gruselle has been an accredited TR3 parliamentary interpreter in the Translation Bureau since 2019 and is currently part of the House of Commons interpretation team. A CAPE Local 900 steward since 2024 and a TR director with the NEC since 2026, Émilie firmly believes that a strong, mobilized and empowered union is essential to defending the interests of her colleagues and the integrity of her profession.
She holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies from the Université de Montréal (2013) and a master's degree in Conference Interpreting from the University of Ottawa (2019).
