CAPE to collaborate with CCDI on diversity, equity and inclusion issues

The Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE) has recently established a collaboration with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI). CAPE is taking another step towards improving its performance in achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion goals at the operational level and across member services.

This collaboration will provide CAPE with the knowledge and means to achieve the goals set by the National Executive Committee's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee, and will support the work already underway to better represent our members.

CAPE is committed to promoting and integrating established best practices in diversity, equity and inclusion, both as an employer and as champion for its members, by working closely with CCDI.

CCDI's mission is to help its partners create an inclusive climate free of discrimination and bias, and to foster awareness, dialogue and action to help people see diversity as an asset, not a barrier.
