Joint Learning Program

CAPE has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Joint Learning Program (JLP) to promote and provide joint learning opportunities to managers and union members within the federal public service to improve labour relations.

The JLP provides the opportunity to organize workshops to help employers and employees improve the workplace. The workshops are intended to provide the employer and the union with a better understanding of their respective roles and obligations.

•    Labour-Management Consultation ›
•    Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace ›
•    Respecting Differences/Anti-Discrimination ›
•    Understanding the Collective Agreement ›
