The current collective agreement covering your terms and conditions of employment expires on June 21, 2022. CAPE will file a notice to bargain to commence negotiations toward a new agreement in early 2022.

2022 EC Collective Bargaining Committee
This spring, CAPE issued a call for volunteers for the EC Collective Bargaining Committee. We have received many applications and the National Executive Committee has approved eighteen members and two alternates in the case the need arises.
2021 OPBO Collective Bargaining Committee
This spring, CAPE issued a call for volunteers for the OPBO Collective Bargaining Committee. We received three applications, and all were approved by the National Executive Committee to form the Collective Bargaining Committee for the 2021 round of collective bargaining.
