CAPE is excited to invite you to sign up for its spring 2026 executive training session in French.
CAPE’s strength is driven by its local leadership. Local leaders are highly committed, well-informed professionals who are close to the issues and the action. The newly revamped local executive training sessions will allow local leaders to expand their knowledge and skills to help ensure effective labour leadership in the workplace. At the end of this training, participants will gain a better grasp of the local’s relationship with the CAPE national office, other locals and other unions within their workplace; and understand consultation processes, the framework that protects the local, as well as how to use it effectively. Leaders will leave with the skills to successfully navigate their relationships with employer representatives.
The sessions will be held on March 25 and 26 and will be offered in person from 9 am to 4 pm at the CAPE national office in Ottawa.
This training is open to local executive members only.
