Your bargaining team met with the employer on February 5, 6 and 7. It is clear that the conclusion of an agreement is slow and discussions are prolonged unnecessarily.
EC Bargaining Update
CAPE’s EC bargaining team met with the Employer for four days of bargaining on January 15, 16, 17 and 18.
Second Update on TR Bargaining
Your TR bargaining team met with the employer on December 18, 19 and 20, 2018 to begin consolidating their files to prepare for a new collective agreement. The parties also took the opportunity to file their respective salary proposals.
EC Collective Bargaining Update
The EC bargaining committee surveyed CAPE’s EC membership in late June and early July in order to get direction for the coming round of bargaining.
TR bargaining has begun – The tone at the table is positive
The parties had not met formally since the exchange of proposals on September 20.
