Trevor Green

I am a programs officer working with Transport Canada, where I currently occupy the position of President of our Local 506. I am a regional employee working out of the Montreal metropolitan area. I campaigned alongside Members for Change and plan to deliver on our promises of bringing member democracy, solidarity, and equity to the CAPE National Executive. I believe there is a lot of work to be done and accept this role with enthusiasm and humility. A union is only as strong as the ties between its members, and this core belief guides my politics. In the face of the challenges facing working people within the federal public service and across the country, it is my hope that CAPE can rise to the occasion, and effect positive change in our workplaces and outside. I plan on working collaboratively with all members of this new National Executive to achieve better outcomes for our members.
