Greer is a Senior Policy Analyst with Treaties & Aboriginal Government at Crown-Indigenous Relations in the NCR. Prior to the federal public service, Greer worked as a manager in political communications for the New Democratic Party of Canada (including the 2019 federal election campaign), and in various national program management and community relations roles for non-profit organizations with a focus on Indigenous education. She has more than a decade of organizing experience in Toronto, including time as a union steward. Most recently, Greer held the elected roles of Vice-Chair and Chair of the Ottawa Fringe Festival Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Briarpatch Magazine.
