EC Collective Bargaining Committee

Collective bargaining committees are formed for each bargaining unit represented by CAPE. Each committee prepares bargaining-related demands, issues or proposals. They also nominate a negotiating team from among their members that will be responsible for representing their bargaining unit at the bargaining table with the employer. The committees may include NEC representatives, but also other volunteer members, and CAPE employees.
