The present is a reminder to all CAPE members that resolutions may be submitted at any time of the year, but must be submitted no less than 60 days prior to the CAPE Annual General Meeting (AGM). General Resolutions
are submitted to the CAPE National Office, which then submits them to the Elections and Resolutions Committee for verification of compliance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association.Constitution and By-Laws Resolutions
may also be submitted at any time of the year - but no less than 60 days prior to the AGM.Collective Bargaining Resolutions
are basically bargaining proposals. These resolutions are brought to the relevant collective bargaining team for their consideration.
