The President of CAPE on Parliament Hill and in the Media: the 2010 Budget

April 15, 2010 The President of CAPE, Claude Poirier, was invited to appear before the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates to speak on the matter of the freeze on government budget envelopes and government operations (see: speaking notes).
