CAPE Membership Approves Constitutional and By-law Changes

December 14, 2007

The CAPE membership voted in favour of changes to the CAPE Constitution and By-laws that will serve to improve the governance structure of the Association.

Over the course of the past year a Special Governance Review Committee reviewed the Constitution and identified improvements that would serve to encourage greater membership participation in the affairs of the organization. These proposed changes were submitted to the membership for approval, and an overwhelming majority of those members who returned their ballots voted in favour of these changes.
