Elizabeth Venditti, EC Director
An employee of Transport Canada, Elizabeth is a specialist in research, analysis and policy writing with previous positions at other departments such as Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada; Public Health Agency of Canada; Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and Public Works and Government Services Canada.
Elizabeth was a Steward and member of the Health Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada Local 512 executive until Fall 2017. She has been a member of CAPE since 2009, and has served on the Workplace Health and Wellness Sub-committee, and the Local Leadership Council.
Elizabeth earned a Master of Public Health, Specialization in Indigenous and Northern Health from Lakehead University (2015-2018). She holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences, Specialization in Sociology (2007-2009) and Three-Year General Bachelor of Social Sciences, Minor in Sociology (2004-2007) both from the University of Ottawa. She also has a Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (2016-2017) from Lakehead University. Elizabeth intends on pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation at Carleton University in the fall.
