The settlement provides that each member of the TR group, who worked at the Translation Bureau’s Professional Services unit between April 1st, 2004 and April 1st, 2005, will receive two hundred dollars ($200), and this amount will be non-taxable. The Translation Bureau is solely responsible for issuing the cheques. All inquiries concerning the cheques must be directed to your manager at the Bureau.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the affected members will receive their payments within the 45 day period following the CHRC’s approval of May 1. Some cheques have been issued, others will be shortly.
