As a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Employees working at the Library of Parliament, you are invited to an information meeting regarding the ratification of the tentative agreement reached on January 28th, 2009.

An information kit, which includes the amendments to the collective agreement both the employer and the Association have negotiated, as well as a ballot and ratification voting instructions, will be distributed to members at the meeting. Those who are unable to attend will subsequently receive their kit in the mail.

The information meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 18th, 2009, from noon to 1 p.m., in CAPE’s Conference Room (100 Queen St, 4th floor).

I strongly encourage you to attend this meeting. A light meal will be served and you may arrive earlier, at 11:45 a.m., so that the meeting will start on time. Please confirm your attendance with Liana Griffin (lgriffin@acep-cape.ca).
