I would like to thank all of CAPE's members who participated in the collective bargaining call-in forums. The exchanges were very productive and the feedback regarding the teleconferencing was also very positive. As a result, CAPE has learned that this mode of communication with the members is very useful and productive. I would like to thank Michael Zinck for suggesting teleconferencing as a tool to connect with our members.
