A policy grievance was filed by CAPE on its own behalf and on behalf of its members on July 14. The grievance relates to the employer’s refusal to negotiate with the Association the rates of pay and the conversion rules as it relates to the implementation by the employer of a new classification standard on June 22, thus violating the provisions of article 27.07 of the collective agreement. The employer has 60 days to reply to the grievance.
