Subject: Delay in receipt of Dues Increase Package and SGM notification

Dear Member;

Please accept my personal apologies for not receiving your dues increase package and notice of the Special General Meeting prior to the June 1, 2005 SGM.


We experienced a delay in mailing due to an additional item being included in the package addressed to TR members.


Please rest assured that we will take the necessary steps to avoid such incidents in future.
