Financial Incentives Plan: A Call for Volunteers

The employer and the union have agreed that it would be advisable to start negotiation of the Financial Incentives Plan earlier than previously and they chose the end of November. It is therefore necessary to assemble the union bargaining team, in accordance with CAPE's Constitution. We are therefore issuing a call for volunteers to make up the bargaining committee, from which the bargaining team will be selected. One issue this committee will have to reflect upon is whether or not to renew the FIP.
