On June 14, the representatives from Operations on the TB Local once again met with management to discuss the performance objectives for 2004-2005. Various options were put on the table and management, which retains complete decision-making authority in this matter, displayed sufficient open-mindedness to allow some guarded optimism. We will be meeting again on July 5 to continue the discussions.
We cannot presume what the outcome of those discussions will be, and the objectives you were set on April 1, and the 2.67 in particular, remain in effect. If you feel that your objectives are unreasonable or fail to respect your acquired rights (vacation, sick leave, etc.), a grievance is the proper way to challenge them.
