ASK NOW for your volunteer leave for the fiscal year 2003 - 2004

We would like to remind our TR members that the deadline for using your volunteer leave carried forward from the 2003-2004 fiscal year is June 30, 2004. You must make the request soon, as there will be no chance to carry the leave forward again.

The request for the carried forward leave should not be made by LIMS, i.e. the computerized system for leave request, but should be made on the paper form, because the computer software cannot process the leave carried forward by virtue of a memorandum of understanding. If a TR uses the LIMS, the 2004-2005 leave will be used, and not the leave that has been carried forward.
