The TR Financial Incentives Plan

The CAPE Negotiating Committee has accepted the employer's invitation to return to the negotiating table, the week of March 22, 2004.

The employer has stated that it will offer improvements to certain provisions of the Financial Incentives Plan provisions which have already been sent to the TR members in the form of a consultative vote.

With this return to negotiations, it is particularly important to the TR Negotiating Committee that the membership use the current voting process to clearly express their views regarding the provisions previously put forth by the employer. These provisions were so disappointing to the Committee that it did not feel it was in a position to ratify the agreement on behalf of members.
