Pension Surplus Litigation Decision to be Issued Today
November 20, 2007 CAPE’s legal counsel has been advised by the Court that Justice Panet will be releasing a decision early today relating to the pension surplus litigation. We will be posting information about the decision once our legal counsel has had an opportunity to review the decision and provide us with a summary thereof.
