Redress Representation and CAPE
September 17, 2004 In order to ensure that there is a common understanding of responsibilities, liabilities and processes which are shared by CAPE Labour Relations Officers, National Executive Committee members and members of the Local Leadership, the following protocol describes the procedures regarding redress that officers are required to follow.
