Pension Trial Update – Extension of Deadline to File Written Submissions Possible

Oral closing arguments are currently scheduled to start May 1st, at the request of the court, instead of April 30th.

However, the lawyers of the defendant, that is the Attorney-General of Canada, have requested an extension of the deadline to file their written submission and the plaintiffs may also request an extension. As soon as a date is confirmed for oral closing arguments, we will post this information on our website.
