September 2004 Election ballots were mailed out to the CAPE membership in early November, along with materials regarding the Annual General Meeting. Candidates were afforded the opportunity to address the Annual General Meeting.
The deadline for the return of ballots to the National Office is 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, December 13, 2004.
