The CAPE Elections Committee has announced the candidates for the National Executive Committee.
This year all positions on the National Executive Committee were to be elected to fulfill two-year terms, subject to Article 17.5 of the Constitution which requires that “up to half of the Director positions within a bargaining unit may be for a period of one year”. The terms of office commence on January 1, 2005.
Nomination papers were received for the following positions:
