Memo to CAPE Local Leadership Re: CAPE Communications
February 7, 2007 CAPE’s national office has completed a review of its information and communication functions. As a result, 25 information and communication protocols have been in effect since December 12, 2006. Several initiatives result from the protocols which we hope will be useful to the local leadership.
