Election Ballots and Annual General Meeting
Materials Have Been Mailed
November 23, 2006 All of the documents relating to the ongoing elections and the upcoming Annual General Meeting were mailed from the National Office on November 10th.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable period of time please contact the National Office and we will issue a new package immediately.
A reminder:
Ballots must be received at the National Office no later than 4 p.m. December 11, 2006.

Audited Financial Statements, Proposed Budget and Ballot
Biographies of Candidates for President and Ballot
Biographies of Candidates for EC Directors and Ballot
Proposed By-Law Amendments and Ballot
Proposed Constitutional Amendments and Ballot
Voting Procedures (Bilingual)
Voter Registration card, ballot envelope and a postage paid business reply envelope.
