Leave with Income Averaging and Pre-Retirement Leave: SIs and ESs ARE Entitled

Some of our members have experienced difficulties getting approval for application of these two policies. This is largely because the employer was less than diligeant in informing deparments Pay and Benefits Divisions of the fact that these polices apply to SI and ES EMPLOYEES, effective December 13, 1999. Be assured that you are entitled to these leaves, as they are detailed on the Treasury Board Web site at:
