The EC Collective Bargaining Committee has Selected the EC Negotiating Team That Will Represent the Group at the Table

The EC collective bargaining committee has completed its preparation of the bargaining proposals which will be tabled on June 19, 2006. The committee has selected the members of the bargaining team that will represent the interests of the EC bargaining unit during the upcoming round of bargaining. It can be expected that this round of bargaining will take a fair amount of time, particularly if the parties have problems agreeing to the pay scales for conversion to the EC classification standard.
The bargaining committee wishes to thank all the members who participated in the preparation of proposals by filling in the input questionnaire and/or by sending to CAPE suggestions for improvements to the collective agreement. Without the participation and collaboration of its members, CAPE would not be able to represent the interests of the membership at the bargaining table. Thank you again, one and all.
