EC Bargaining – March Meetings with the Employer

Bargaining resumed on March 25th and 26th.

Most of the bargaining session was devoted to the drafting of contract language on the grievance process.

Both parties also exchanged modified proposals on a number of non-monetary issues, and we are confident that an agreement will be reached at the Table on these issues.

The Employer provided highly anticipated information related to the new classification standard which will enable us to further develop our pay proposal.

The parties are scheduled to meet again on April 22nd to 24th.
