EC Bargaining – September 11 and 12 Meetings with the Employer

CAPE’s EC bargaining team met with representatives of the employer’s bargaining team on September 11 and 12 in order to explain their respective set of bargaining proposals.
The parties are meeting again on November 20, 21 and 22, December 17, 18 and 19 (tentative) and January 22, 23 and 24 (tentative). In the interim, CAPE’s team will be reviewing the proposals tabled by the Employer and preparing counter-arguments.

EC members will be able to follow the progress of collective bargaining by clicking on a EC Collective Bargaining button which will be set-up on the CAPE website shortly. A summary of issues brought to the table by your EC bargaining team will be posted in the coming weeks.
