EC Collective Bargaining Update

August 10, 2007

The parties met on July 16 for the purpose of exchanging proposals. The members of each team introduced themselves. Introductory remarks were shared by both negotiators. Proposals were exchanged.

The next meetings are scheduled for September 11 and 12. The parties have tentatively agreed to meet for a block of three days in November, and another block of three days in December.
